- Before the event, you just need to provide us two pictures, the event layout and a guest list. Leave us to set up the equipment and train your receptionists.
- When guests register, a discreet status bar displays customisable information, such as the number of guests who have arrived so far.
- GuestDay's “admin view” allows you to make changes to the guest list and table allocations on the spot, which will be reflected “live” in all receptionists’ terminals.
Registering with barcodes
Want to speed up your guest registration process even more? GuestDay offers a unique barcode solution, which allows guests to simply scan their personalised 2D barcodes at the reception terminals. They’ll immediately be registered and presented with seating and other details. Guests who forget to bring their barcodes can still register with their names.

GuestDay's basic package comes with 2 reception terminals for your guests to register at. This includes all services, e.g. uploading guest lists and photo backgrounds, as well as actual-day equipment loans.
More Terminals
Additional terminals help speed up the reception process. We recommend 3 terminals if you have more than 350 guests. You can also explore the barcode scanning option to speed up the registration process further.
Scanner Package
The basic scanner support package comes with one scanner, which can be attached to any of the terminals. We'll also email you a set of barcodes in PDF for your own printing and distribution.
